Blue Truffle was established in 2006 by myself (Michael D’Cruz, owner and chef) and business partner Steve Vlahos. For the past thirty years I have gained a reputable understanding of cooking with high quality food. I have also had the opportunity to enrich my cooking experience from various parts of globe, including the UK, USA and Middle East.
Blue Truffle uses only the finest Australian produce (including Angus beef, Kangaroo, Lamb and Seafood). I hope you enjoy.
