About Villa Romana Trattoria
The portico at Villa Romana is well-lit and almost as inviting as the tables on the pavement with their blazing gas heaters.
There are 22 pasta dishes on offer, as well as a hearty selection of original pizza recipes. Two dishes stand out as original takes on meals normally overlooked because of their ubiquity. Good old roast duck is resuscitated in an amaretto and plum sauce, while the Camembert cheese chicken breast, stuffed with that mild, soft wonder is accentuated by a cream and herb sauce and baby spinach.
