About The Quay Bar and Brasserie
The Quay Bar & Brasserie is an exciting new venue that opened in the first month of the New Year 2006. It has been designed, constructed and developed by a team of people with many years experience in the hospitality industry.
The concept of The Quay was created with the intention of a venue by the harbour on the New Quay Promenade. A space was chosen and a development team was assembled. On Jan 1st 2005 The Quay was born.
